Beginning April 13, you must start using your new CUNY Login account to access email and Microsoft 365 services.

🔐 New Login Format

John.Doe01@login.cuny.edu

👉 You will use this login to access:

• Outlook (email)
• Teams
• OneDrive
• All Microsoft 365 apps

📬 Your New Email Addresses (One Mailbox)

You have multiple email addresses, but all messages go to ONE inbox.

🔵 New Primary Login Email

John.Doe01@login.cuny.edu

• Your main account for signing in
• Required for all Microsoft 365 services

  • Classmates
  • BMCC offices
