How do Iogin to a laptop I borrowed?

Please login with your BMCC account. Your BMCC account is your BMCC email but without the stu suffix:

For example, your email address looks like this: jane.smith11@stu.bmcc.cuny.edu

However your login for Wifi, campus computers, and BMCC portal is: jane.smith11@bmcc.cuny.edu (note there is no "stu")

This is a separate login from your CUNY Login (used for Brightspace, CUNY First, etc.).

If you have not set up this account or need to change your password you can do that online. At this site you will fill out a form, create your password, and then be given your user name.  Please make sure to record everything!  

You can also try using one of the password reset Kiosks.
